Platform Control · Careers

Join us in shaping the future of European platform regulation.

Platform Control is an out-of-court dispute resolution body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). We adjudicate disputes between users and online platforms, thereby making a direct contribution to the practical enforcement of European platform law.

As part of our team, you’ll work at the intersection of law, technology, and society—in one of the most dynamic areas of European regulation. From day one, you’ll be given responsibility, work largely independently, and engage directly with international online platforms as well as stakeholders from politics, business, and civil society.

We offer you the opportunity to actively shape developments in this highly exciting area of law from the very beginning. This presents an exceptional opportunity—especially for students, law clerks, and those just starting their careers—to take on responsibility early on and contribute to legal issues of significant social relevance. We give you direct access—virtually from the very start—to high-level stakeholders whom you would typically only meet as a partner in a law firm.

A lot of responsibility. Maximum flexibility.

At Platform Control, we work entirely remotely, with flexible hours and a high degree of personal responsibility. We prioritize independent work, quick decision-making, flat hierarchies, and results over simply being present at the office. Since we work remotely and are spread out across Germany, it’s very important to us to get together several times a year in different cities to exchange ideas—both professionally and personally.
